Frequently asked questions

YOU’VE GOT QUESTIONS? WE’VE GOT ANSWERS!

Why do I need a wedding coordinator?

Most people on their wedding day want some of the same things: for everything to go smoothly, for their friends and family to have a great time and not to have to worry about a thing. We can make sure that happens.

Why should we hire you?

From the start of our time together until the end of your event, LooLoo’s Events will take care of everything because we treat every client like they are family. The goal is always to exceed expectations and bring to the table the kind of customer service that makes you want to scream about us from the rooftops!

Who will be with us on our wedding day?

Laura is the main planner at LooLoo’s Events and will be the person working with you through the planning process. Depending on the number of guests, venue and general logistics, Laura may choose to bring one or two assistants to your event to make sure everything goes perfectly. The addition of extra help on your day will not come at any additional cost to you!

How much communication will we have before the big day?

No matter the package you choose, unlimited phone and email communication is included. Different packages include a different number of meetings, but we will not go into an event without you feeling confident in how we will handle any hiccup throughout the day.

What will you bring with you on our wedding day?

The team will come with all your documents including your timelines and vendor information as well as an emergency kit. From Band-Aids and Advil to a sewing kit and extra batteries, we come prepared.

My venue already has a coordinator…why do I need you?

A venue coordinator and a wedding coordinator are actually very different and both roles are important parts of the big picture! The best way to explain the difference is that a venue coordinator is one of your vendors. Depending on the venue, they may be responsible for any number of things from the food (very important) or making sure there is toilet paper in the bathroom (also very important!) Your vendors have specific parts of the wedding they are most focused on, which is how we want it! If all your vendors do their part of the wedding the best they can, the end-result will be awesome. Your wedding coordinator on the other hand, is responsible for making sure all the vendors and your vision for your wedding day come together. Your wedding coordinator’s focus is on you. You and your partner are our top priority throughout your event!
