Full-Service Planning
Just engaged and want someone with you every step of the way throughout the planning process? Then Full-Service is your best bet. This plan includes all event execution, event preparation, vendor management, and design consultation tasks from your first day of planning all the way through to your wedding day.
Partial Planning
Have you decided on your venue and selected your vendors but still need help organizing through the rest of the planning process? Our Partial Planning package helps with the bulk of the planning and organizing leading up to the wedding to ensure that your day is everything you’ve always dreamed of, down to every detail.
Last Month Coordination
Do you need someone to execute on the final planning details in the month leading up to your wedding? Last Month includes all day of event execution and preparation, as well as vendor coordination for the weeks leading up to your special day. We make sure that no details fall through the cracks during that last month of prep.
Day Of Coordination
Is all the heavy lifting done but you need someone to keep your day moving smoothly and on schedule? Day Of Coordination includes event execution and coordination as well as light pre-event preparation to make sure we know all of the ins and outs of your details and vision to provide a stress-free wedding day.
Set up and Tear down
If Day of Coordination is a little outside the budget, but you’d really like someone to take set up and tear down off your plate, this is the package for you. This package allows you to enjoy getting ready with your bridal party in the morning and leave the venue worry free at the end of the night. We will meet before your wedding to set up a plan to make all your decor go up just as you envisioned and coordinate with you and your venue, getting your items out by the end of the night. This package’s pricing may change depending on venue location and travel time.
Timeline Creation
Maybe you’ve got that rockstar aunt that has set up covered but you’re feeling a little lost organizing the day and setting up a schedule. We will meet with you to create the ultimate timeline for you, your bridal party, and your vendors. In setting up a timeline, we can help you work through some of those easily forgotten items before the day of, so that you and your vendors are better prepared, and you can enjoy your day!
